Nagovss Digital Products is a digital products store operated under Indian law. We are GST-registered with GSTIN 29CLNPG9703Q1Z6. All products sold are digital in nature and delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Eligibility

To use this website and make purchases, you must:

Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• The final price (inclusive of applicable GST) is shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
• Flash Sale prices are time-limited and may change when the countdown timer expires. The price at the moment of successful payment confirmation is the price you are charged.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect already-confirmed orders.
• In the event of a pricing error (e.g., a product listed at ₹0 or an obviously incorrect amount), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Coupon codes are subject to their individual terms, validity periods, and single-use restrictions. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively after checkout is completed.

Orders & Payment

By clicking "Pay via Razorpay" and completing payment, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product. The contract of sale is formed upon our confirmation of your payment and dispatch of the download link.

• All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a RBI-regulated payment aggregator. We do not store or handle card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials.
• Supported payment methods include: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and supported digital wallets.
• You must ensure your payment details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect details or insufficient funds.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity, a chargeback attempt, or a breach of these Terms.

GST & Invoicing

All sales made through this platform attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

• GST is charged at the applicable rate for the product category and is displayed separately at checkout.
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated and sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
• If you require a business GST invoice (B2B invoice with your GSTIN), you must provide your valid GSTIN during checkout. We cannot issue B2B invoices after checkout is completed.

Delivery of Digital Products

• Digital products are delivered via a secure download link sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number (where provided) immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Download links may have a download limit as specified on the product page. Do not share your download link with others.
• Links may expire after a set period. If your link expires before you download, contact us with your order number and we will issue a fresh link at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or phone numbers provided by you. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Licence & Permitted Use

Upon completing a purchase and receipt of payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited personal licence to use the purchased digital product, subject to these Terms.

You MAY:

• Download and use the product for your own personal or internal business use.
• Modify the product for your own use (unless the product listing specifies otherwise).
• Use the product to create end-products for your own clients (subject to the specific product licence terms, if any).

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product (or any derivative) with any third party.
• Upload the product to file-sharing websites, torrents, or any public repository.
• Use the product to create competing digital products for resale on any marketplace.
• Remove any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary notices from the product.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the product.

Individual product listings may specify additional or modified licence terms. In case of conflict, the product-specific licence terms prevail over these general terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to product files, descriptions, images, design elements, brand name, logo, and source code — is the intellectual property of Nagovss Digital Products or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited licence as described in Section 8. It does not transfer any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to you.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our products or website content beyond the permitted licence is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, our servers, or our database.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nagovss Digital Products, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use or misuse of any product purchased from us.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any fraudulent or unlawful activity by you in connection with this website.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Informal Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact our Grievance Officer (see Section 16) and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
2. Consumer Forum: If informal resolution fails, disputes involving consumer claims may be referred to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
3. Arbitration (for non-consumer disputes): Any other dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with a sole arbitrator mutually appointed, proceedings to be held in India, in the English language.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website.

Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the website.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nagovss Digital Products with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior agreements and representations.
