Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Nagovss Digital Products (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Nagovss Tech Solution (GSTIN: 29CLNPG9703Q1Z6). By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell website source code at fixed prices set by us. Each product page states what's included. Purchases are delivered digitally - there is no physical shipment. We may also help you host the code or connect a domain, either by hosting it for you or supporting you in self-hosting; this is a separate, optional service described at checkout or on request.

2. No account required

You don't need to create a customer account to buy from us. Your purchase is tied to your order/invoice number and the email address you provide - use these to re-download your files at /redownload.php at any time. Keep your invoice number safe; treat it like a receipt.

3. License to the source code

Unless a product page states otherwise, buying a product grants you a single-project license: you may use and modify the delivered source code for your own project(s). You may not resell, redistribute, or re-publish the raw source code itself as a standalone product, or claim authorship of the underlying codebase, unless we've agreed to that in writing. This license text is also printed on your invoice.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page (typically INR) and are set by us; we may change prices for future purchases at any time without notice, but the price you paid for a completed order will not change. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.

5. Coupons and bundles

Coupon codes are subject to their own expiry dates and usage limits, applied automatically at checkout - we reserve the right to disable a coupon at any time. Bundle products are priced as a package; buying a bundle delivers every product included in it.

8. Hosting and domain assistance

Hosting/domain help (whether we host it for you or support your own self-hosting) is arranged separately after you submit a request via /hosting_request.php. Any pricing, timelines, or terms specific to hosting will be confirmed with you directly before we begin that work.

9. Reviews

If you leave a product review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience. We moderate reviews before they appear publicly and may decline to publish reviews that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to the product.

10. Refer & Earn program

Referral commissions are calculated as a percentage of the amount actually paid on a referred, completed order, and are paid out manually to the UPI ID you provide once your unpaid balance clears the stated minimum. We may suspend a referrer account found to be generating fraudulent clicks or sales.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or any purchased code for unlawful purposes, to attempt to circumvent our download/payment security, or to misrepresent purchased code as entirely your own original work where such a claim would be false or misleading.

12. Disclaimer of warranty

Products are provided "as is." While we describe each product as accurately as we can, we don't guarantee the code will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every possible use case beyond what's described on the product page. You're responsible for testing and adapting the code for your own project.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the delivered code or hosting assistance.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered place of business.
