This Privacy Policy explains how Nagovss Tech Solution ("we", "us", "our"), operating the website Nagovss Digital Products, collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit our site or buy a product from us. We don't require you to create an account to buy anything - most of what we collect is only what's needed to process your order and get you your download.
1. Information we collect
When you make a purchase or contact us, we collect:
- Order details: your name, email address, and phone number (if you provide it), so we can process your order and send your invoice and download link.
- Support and hosting requests: whatever you tell us in a support ticket or hosting/domain request form, including your email for replies.
- Reviews: your name and review text if you choose to leave a product review.
- Referral activity: if you sign up for Refer & Earn, your name, email, and UPI ID (for paying you commissions), plus click and sale data tied to your referral link.
- Payment information: we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking details. Payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a payment reference ID.
- Technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated automatically by visiting the site, and a short-lived cookie used to track which referral link (if any) brought you here.
2. How we use your information
- To process and deliver your order (source code + invoice + download link, by email and on the success page).
- To let you re-download a past purchase using your invoice number and email, without needing an account.
- To respond to support tickets and hosting/domain requests.
- To credit referral commissions correctly under our Refer & Earn program.
- To publish reviews you submit (only after we approve them).
- To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations (including GST record-keeping).
3. Who we share information with
We don't sell your information. We share only what's necessary with:
- Razorpay (our payment gateway), to process your payment.
- Our email/SMTP provider, to deliver invoices and download links to your inbox.
- Government or tax authorities, where required by law.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged into your Refer & Earn dashboard if you have an account, and a short-lived referral-attribution cookie (typically 30 days) that remembers which referral link you arrived from, so the right referrer gets credited if you buy. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
We keep order and invoice records for as long as required for tax/accounting purposes. Support tickets, reviews, and referral records are kept for as long as your account or purchase history is active, or as needed to resolve a dispute.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (subject to what we're legally required to retain, e.g. invoices for tax purposes) by opening a support ticket with your order/invoice number.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, admin and referral passwords are stored using one-way hashing (never in plain text), and download links are single-purpose, expiring tokens rather than direct file access.
8. Children's privacy
Our products and services are intended for use by adults capable of entering into a binding contract. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
