1. Delivery method
All items sold by NagovssDigitalProducts are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping. After your payment is verified, we deliver your files manually to the contact details you provide during checkout: typically Email and/or WhatsApp.
2. Delivery timeframe
- Typical delivery window: within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Most orders are processed much faster, depending on order volume and time of day.
- For urgent orders, reply to your order email or message us on WhatsApp for priority handling.
3. What you’ll receive
- A download link or attached file(s) for the product you purchased (format may vary).
- Short usage or installation notes when applicable.
- Any additional instructions required to get started quickly.
4. Didn’t receive your files?
If you do not see your files within the expected time:
- Check your spam, promotions, or updates folders in your email.
- Verify that the email/WhatsApp number you provided at checkout is correct.
If you still cannot find the delivery, contact us with your Order ID and payment reference. We will resend your digital product as soon as possible.

5. Incorrect email or phone number
If you entered the wrong email address or phone number at checkout, please reach out with proof of payment and the correct contact details. Once verified, we will update your details and deliver the files to the new contact.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Since our products are digital and delivered electronically, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. For access issues, duplicate charges, or special cases, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Store Policy, or contact us directly.
