Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of our products
All products sold by NagovssDigitalProducts are digital downloads (files, templates, resources, etc.). Once delivered, they cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical items.
2. General refund policy
As a standard rule, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not provided once:
- The payment is successfully processed, and
- The download link or digital file has been shared with you via Email / WhatsApp.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, you can contact us prior to payment.
3. Access or file issues
If you face issues such as:
- You did not receive the file(s) within the expected time window.
- The link is broken or file is corrupted.
- The wrong product file was delivered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with your payment reference and registered email. We will:
- Re-send or correct the download link/file, and
- Work with you to ensure you receive the correct digital product.
4. Duplicate payments
In the case of a clear, verified duplicate payment for the same order:
- We will process a refund for the duplicate transaction back to the original payment method where possible, or
- Offer credit/adjustment against another product, if mutually agreed.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
If there is any issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we can assist and resolve it. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us may lead to permanent blocking of future purchases from NagovssDigitalProducts.
6. Cancellations
Because delivery is usually quick and digital, cancellation is only possible before we have processed and sent your digital product. Once access is sent, cancellation is not possible.
7. Policy updates
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of our site and products after changes means you accept the updated policy.
