Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before purchasing. Digital products are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable. Last updated: 04 June 2026.
Important: All sales of digital products are generally final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital downloads cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Nature of Digital Products
All products sold on Nagovss Digital Products are intangible digital goods — including but not limited to templates, e-books, toolkits, guides, and downloadable files. Upon successful payment:
- Your download link is delivered instantly via email and WhatsApp.
- The product is considered received and consumed once the download link is accessed.
- There is no physical product to return.
Because digital products can be copied, we exercise our right to treat all sales as final once the download has been delivered or accessed, subject to the exceptions listed below.

General No-Refund Policy
We maintain a no-refund policy for the following reasons, which are not eligible for refund:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You found the product cheaper elsewhere.
- You purchased the wrong product (please review product details before buying).
- You do not have the technical capability or software to use the product (e.g., you lack the required software for a template format).
- You no longer need the product.
- You missed the flash sale price and want to pay the flash price after the timer expired.
- You are requesting a refund simply to re-purchase at a discounted price.

Exceptions — When Refunds Are Granted
We will process a full refund in the following genuine circumstances:

In all genuine cases, please contact us first — we will make every effort to resolve the issue (e.g., provide a working file, re-send the link) before processing a refund.

Flash Sale Purchases
Products purchased during a Flash Sale are subject to the same refund policy as regular purchases. Additional notes specific to flash sales:
- Flash sale prices are time-limited and non-negotiable after the timer expires.
- If you purchase at the regular price after a flash sale ends, we cannot retroactively apply the flash discount.
- Stock-based flash sales (where a limited number of units are available at the flash price) are subject to availability at the time of payment confirmation.
- If the flash price you were charged differs from what you expected, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and we will investigate.

Cancellations
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products:
- Before payment is confirmed: You may close the payment window at any time. No charge will occur.
- After payment is confirmed but before download link is accessed: Contact us immediately. We may, at our sole discretion, cancel and refund if the link has not been accessed.
- After the download link has been accessed: Cancellation is not possible.
Razorpay processes payments in real-time. Once payment is confirmed by Razorpay, the order is considered complete and the download link is dispatched automatically.

Refund Process & Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) used at checkout.
- We initiate the refund within 3–5 business days of approval via Razorpay's refund mechanism.
- Once initiated, credit timelines depend on your bank or payment provider — typically 5–10 business days for cards, and 1–3 business days for UPI.
- GST collected on the original transaction will be refunded in full (the GST amount forms part of the total refund).
- We do not charge any processing fee for eligible refunds.
Please allow up to 10 business days from refund initiation for the amount to reflect in your account. If it does not appear after 10 business days, contact your bank before reaching out to us.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We request you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorised chargebacks for transactions that were legitimately fulfilled may result in:
- Permanent revocation of access to download links.
- Blocking of future purchases from your account/email/device.
- Reporting to Razorpay's fraud prevention systems.
If you believe you have been fraudulently charged, please email us with your order number and bank statement evidence. We will cooperate fully and resolve legitimate disputes promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the file you receive is corrupt, password-protected without disclosure, or significantly different from the product listing:
- Email us at support@nagovss.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach a screenshot or description of the error you are encountering.
- We will attempt to provide a corrected file within 48 hours.
- If we are unable to provide a working file, a full refund will be processed automatically.

Consumer Rights under Indian Law
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law. Specifically:
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provides you with rights against unfair trade practices and deficiency in service.
- If you believe we have engaged in an unfair practice or the product constitutes a "deficiency in service" under the Act, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (District, State, or National, depending on the claim amount).
- The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply to transactions on this platform. We comply with all applicable disclosure and grievance redressal requirements under these Rules.
This Policy does not override or diminish any rights you have under applicable mandatory law. If any provision of this Policy is found to be inconsistent with mandatory statutory rights, the statutory rights shall prevail.

How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact us using the details below. Include the following information in your request:
- Your Order Number (starts with ORD-...)
- Your registered email address
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or evidence (e.g., corrupt file error, payment receipt)
We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.
