Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are generally final. If you have trouble accessing a file or receive the wrong file, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help fix the issue.

Delivery

We verify your payment and deliver manually to your registered Email / WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours. For more details, please see Shipping & Delivery.

Promotions

Promo codes must be applied at checkout. They can’t be combined unless explicitly stated and may include start/end dates or usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
