By buying from Nagovss Digital Products (operated by Nagovss Tech Solution) you agree to these terms.

Products & licence

Products are digital source code. Each purchase grants a single-project licence to use and modify the code for yourself or one client project. You may not resell, redistribute or share the source code itself, or publish it as a template, unless we agree in writing.

Prices & tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Where GST applies it is shown separately at checkout and on your invoice. Coupons and flash-sale prices apply only while valid at the moment of payment.

Delivery

Files are delivered instantly after successful payment: on screen, by email and in My Library. Email links work for 7 days with a limited number of downloads; My Library lets you download again any time with a sign-in code.

Updates & support

Updates we publish for a product are available in My Library at no extra cost. Installation help is offered on a best-effort basis; custom development is quoted separately.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products for unlawful purposes, and don't attempt to abuse download links, coupons or the referral programme. We may cancel referral earnings or access obtained through fraud.

Liability

Products are provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
