This policy explains how Nagovss Tech Solution ("we"), operating Nagovss Digital Products, collects and uses information when you visit the site or buy from us. Checkout never requires an account; we collect only what is needed to deliver your order and support you.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, optional mobile number, optional company name and GSTIN.
- Support, hosting and review submissions: whatever you write to us.
- Refer & Earn: your name, email, UPI ID and the clicks/sales linked to your referral link.
- Payments: we never see or store card, UPI or bank details - Razorpay processes them and tells us only that a payment succeeded and its reference ID.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type in security logs (sign-ins, downloads) to prevent fraud and link sharing.
How we use it
- Deliver your files, invoice and updates; let you sign in to My Library with a one-time email code.
- Answer support and hosting requests.
- Credit referral commissions.
- Meet tax and accounting obligations (GST records).
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share only what is needed with Razorpay (payments), our email provider (delivering emails) and authorities where the law requires.
Cookies
Essential cookies only: a session cookie (cart, sign-in) and a referral cookie that remembers which referral link you used for up to 30 days. Your theme and wishlist are stored in your own browser. No advertising trackers.
Retention & your rights
Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your other data by opening a support ticket.
Security
HTTPS everywhere, passwordless sign-in codes that expire in 10 minutes, hashed admin passwords with two-factor authentication, and expiring, usage-limited download links.
