Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because source code is delivered instantly and can be copied once downloaded, refunds are limited to the situations below.
You can get a refund if
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- Payment succeeded but we couldn't deliver your files and couldn't fix it promptly.
- The product is materially different from its description and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
- The delivered file is corrupted and we can't provide a working copy.
Open a support ticket with your order number within 7 days of purchase. We reply within 2-3 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay and usually reflect in 5-7 working days. Download access for a refunded order is revoked.
Hosting, domains & custom work
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once paid to the registrar. Hosting and custom work refunds are agreed case by case depending on work already done.
Coupons & bundles
Refunds are for the amount actually paid. Bundles are refunded as a whole.
Cancelling before payment
If you close the payment window, nothing is charged and nothing needs cancelling.
